我们前年走川西甘南的时候草已经黄了。所以最好川西甘南早去

太走马观花了，这样还不如带车自驾，不存在还车的问题。
建议省去甘南一线，好好玩哈西藏，千里迢迢去到拉萨，就呆一天，不划算。

<div>拉卜楞寺桑科草原郎木寺九曲年保玉则玛曲6日 【线路介绍】 尕海湖：甘南第一大淡水湖，是青藏高原东部的一块重要湿地，被誉为高原上的一颗明珠，1982年被评为省级候鸟自然保护区。尕海湖所在的地域，藏胞称之为“措宁”就是“牦牛走来走去的地方”。尕海湖水草丰茂，许多南迁北返的珍稀鸟类在此落脚和繁殖，黑颈鹤，灰鹤，天鹅等珍禽遍布湖边草滩。 郎木寺：郎木寺(虎女寺)所处的四川、甘肃交界地带，自古以来就是川、甘、青各族民众朝拜黑虎女神的圣地。藏传佛教兴起后，在那里建寺已历千年，但仍被命名为“虎穴仙女寺”——郎木寺。而且，这地跨两省的大寺内，最受民众尊崇的不是诸天众佛，而是传说中的老祖母郎(藏语虎)木(藏语女性)，其原来居住的洞穴，那是圣地中的圣地。洞外地下涌出的泉水，就是嘉陵江主源之一的白龙江的源头。 扎尕那：扎尕那”是藏语，意为“石匣子”。扎尕那山位于迭部县西北34里处的益哇乡境内，是一座完整的天然“石城”，俗有“阎王殿”之称。地形既像一座规模宏大的巨型宫殿，又似天然岩壁构筑的一座完整的古城。正北是巍峨恢弘、雄伟壮观、璀璨生辉的光盖山石峰，古称“石镜山”，因灰白色岩石易反光而有其名；东边耸峙壁立的俊俏岩壁，凌空入云，云雾缭绕；南边两座石峰拔地而起，相峙并立成石门；再南至东哇、纳加一带，峭壁矗立，清流跌宕，水磨飞轮，流转不息。山势奇峻、景色优美，犹如一座规模宏大的石头宫殿，这片世外桃源虽然早在近百年前就被洛克誉为亚当和夏娃的诞生地，但至今仍是一块处女地。    年保玉则：坐落在巴颜喀拉山脉东段，由于青南高原的地势和仙女湖气候，仍然终年积雪，有面积约5平方公里的高原冰川。传说中年保玉则整个山系有峰3600座，当地的藏民叫它石头山，很多的神奇传说让石头山披上了一层神秘的面纱，被称为东方的日暮达。年保玉则的主峰并不像很多其他雪山的主峰那样被众星捧月般鹤立在蓝天之下，它周围的山峰高度都与其接近，簇拥在一起像片片花瓣绽放开来，只有到它的身边亲眼看过你才会知道，那是一朵圣洁美丽的雪莲花……当地牧民把它视为"神山"。 桑科草原：桑科草原属于草甸草原，平均海拔在3000米以上，草原面积达70平方公里，是甘南藏族自治州的主要畜牧业基地之一。这里人口少面积大，仅有4000多牧民，草原却辽阔无际，是一处极为宝贵的自然旅游景区。 拉卜楞寺：我国藏传佛教格鲁派（黄教）六大宗主寺院之一的拉卜楞寺院，全名“尕旦夏知卜达尔吉扎西伊苏旗贝琅”，位于甘肃省甘南藏族自治州夏河县境内。藏语称“噶丹雪珠达尔杰扎西叶苏旗卫林”，意为“足喜讲修宏扬吉祥右旋洲”，简称为“拉章扎西旗”。据闻，第一世嘉木样选定大夏河旁的扎西旗为寺址，后拉章（佛宫）建成后，出于对大师的尊崇，在寺名前冠以“拉章”，称“拉章扎西旗”，久之“拉章”转音为“拉卜楞”，且广泛使用，于是拉卜楞成了寺名和地名。拉卜楞寺位于夏河县拉卜楞镇西头，坐落在大夏河北岸，坐北向南，西北山似大象横卧，东南山松林苍翠，寺前开阔平坦，大夏河自西向东北蜿蜒而流，形如右旋海螺，可谓山清水秀，风光宜人。 <ignore_js_op style="word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Tahoma, 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun; line-height: 21px;"><img id="aimg_112036" aid="112036" src="http://www.tibetdrive.com/data/attachment/forum/201603/25/102237zb6bmgvs0rnyivwm.jpg" zoomfile="data/attachment/forum/201603/25/102237zb6bmgvs0rnyivwm.jpg" file="data/attachment/forum/201603/25/102237zb6bmgvs0rnyivwm.jpg" class="zoom" width="700" inpost="1" lazyloaded="true" _load="1" initialized="true" style="word-wrap: break-word; cursor: pointer;"/> </ignore_js_op> 【线路亮点】 1. 这条线路比传统甘南路线，更全面更深入的游玩。 2. 集中了草原、森林等多种自然风光旅游资源类型。  3. 人文角度，甘南地区聚集了大量的少数民族人群，具有独特的人文特点。  4. 休闲摄影经典户外自助游方式：一路包车，边走边摄，舒适安全。  </div>
